Based near Diss
We are looking to recruit Architectural Staff at internediate or senior level,
you will be joining a small team and work on a diverse range of projects
working mainly in the residential sector.
Duties Include:
• Production of feasibility, planning and working drawings.
• Determine technical content of drawings.
• Work closely with other third-party consultants in Planning and
Building Control.
• Drafting specifications and scope of work documents to assist building
control applications.
• Visit site for surveys and inspections.
Essential Skills:
• Degree in Architectural Technology or related Architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / Photoshop / Word /In-Design / Revit / Sketch-Up.
• Good working knowledge of building regulations.
• 3+ years' work experience (outside of university).
Salary: £25,000 - £38,000 per annum
25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
Self-employed options available if preferred.
