Conner's Place is a 6 bed home for young adults with Autism,
Learning Difficulties and Downs. Based in Llandudno.
The job entails mainly 9 to 5 Monday to Friday with
occasional weekends and nights when necessary.
Starting Salary is 30k plus commensurate with experience,
with a potential to rise to 40k plus when at full capacity.
All usual benefits apply plus daytime meals
Applicants must have experience in all aspect s of running a Care Home, have a
QCF Level 5, be registered with Social Care Wales, be thoroughly familiar with
the RISCA Care Home Regulations and Standards and be familiar
with CIW reporting. Experience in Autism, LD and Welsh
Speaking would be advantageous.
The Home is relatively new and aims to provide a happy, safe caring,
environment for our residents, our Manager would be responsible for leading
our team of 10, (so far) towards our goal
