Children’s Senior Therapeutic Care Workers

The Place, Young People’s Company are a leading provider residential childcare in the Belvoir Estate near Grantham.

Our growing company is looking for enthusiastic Senior Children’s Residential Care Workers to work within our therapeutic framework in our 3 – 4 bed homes, looking after children and young people aged 7 – 17, in our nurturing, positive ‘parenting’ environment.

Safeguarding is a priority, and potential team members need to be trustworthy, honest, compassionate, reliable, and meet the standards set by children’s legislation.

For our senior position, you will need to hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and experience of working in children’s homes.

We need people who are:

Over 21
Able to work days/ evenings/ night/ weekends and bank holidays on a rota system
Have the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Are emotionally resilient with a passion to achieve outstanding outcomes for children and young people.
