Handy Man
The Coach House is seeking a Handyman / to work in the residential home with dementia in 66 bedded unit. you will be overseeing and managing
themaintenance of the home and dealing with daily issues on site, and you will also be hands on, able and willing to fix the job yourself etc. Working in care home will be advantage it is full time job up to 35 hours per week.The ideal individual will have a broad understanding, electrical and mechanical work and have some experience and understanding of audio visual etc. Must have knowledge of health and safety. You will have the opportunity to work withthe present handy man as he will be retiring in June. We can arrangecontract or salary.
