SENIOR CARERS
Senior Carers are required to work full time in our home in Hemsby. A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Health Care is a requirement.
Duties include liaising with families, Doctors, hospitals, CQC inspectors, social workers etc. The Senior Carers assist in ensuring the
residents receive the highest possible care at all times whilst maintaining the daily operations necessary to ensure standards are consistently met.
Shift patterns vary and include weekends, bank holidays and nights. Training and progession is available
