About us:

St Raphael’s Hospice has been well established in Merton and Sutton for many years. We have just entered a new, exciting phase, and become an independent stand-alone charity, on 31st of October 2020. The Hospice provides a range of specialist palliative care services to a population of just over 400,000. A dedicated staff of 135 (plus around 40 bank staff) is supported by over 800 volunteers, based at the Hospice site, our fundraising office and our 11 retail sites around the boroughs.

About you:

The successful candidate should be an enthusiastic and committed registered nurse interested in the challenging but rewarding field of palliative care. The nurses we are seeking should be flexible with good communication skills and have the ability to work as a member of a team. To be employed at Band 5 equivalent you will have had post registration experience which should have been in the field of specialist palliative care/ oncology. Appropriate Diploma level Palliative Care modules or equivalent are essential. We are looking to recruit full/part time and bank posts covering full rotation, consisting of day/night/early/late shifts.
