The role involves providing person-centred care to our service users which will help promote their physical and mental well-being. As a Support Worker you will deliver the highest quality support with all aspects of everyday living to encourage their independence and support them to lead the most fulfilling life possible, incorporating both therapy and social based activities.
You should be able to work as part of a team and, on your own initiative.
We will provide you with opportunities for career development via support to achieve NVQ in Health and Social Care and through on-going training, support and personal and professional development.
