Support Worker Days & Night

We are looking for candidates to start as a Support Worker to join our friendly team working in our Support Living Homes in Southampton.

The Role:

You will be supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health, complex needs/or challenging behaviour, autism to live their lives in the best way possible.
Offering support to vulnerable adults with their everyday living and promote their independence, to give the best quality of life within their agreed care package.

Requirements:

Must have at least one year's experience working within the care section
Supportive Caring and enthusiastic approach with experience in a care setting dealing with learning disabilities complex needs, mental health disorders and/or challenging behaviour.
Kind caring and hardworking attitude
Compassionate and empathic
We offer our service users life skills and daily activities available to encourage social integration
Duties will include cooking, cleaning, driving, personal care giving, report writing, dealing with challenging behaviours.

We offer full training in house for you to achieve
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care for you to retain.
