The candidate will be a skilled operator with a good agricultural knowledge & capable of a high standard or workmanship.

They must equally possess / demonstrate excellent mechanical repair and maintenance skills, on a wide range of plant, equipment and trailers

This will be reflected within pay structure excellent working conditions & a company vehicle
