Responsible for training of operators for products and processes within the local team, for daily management and support for the team to achieve operational
success, need to be able to demonstrate vast experience within Resistance Welding, have knowledge of Timer/Parameter settings, be able to demonstrate Technical ability related to elements of resistance welding, ability to setup a
resistance Welder, be able to problem solve resistance welding issues and be able to develop technical expertise of the existing Team.
